Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Eligible Items for Return
Most items are eligible for return, including watering cans, garden hoses, sprayers, and accessories, as long as they meet the return conditions.

Items that are not eligible include products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery, as well as items returned without original packaging or missing parts.

Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
